900 year old church in Norway

Between the years 1100 and 1300s, there were about 1000 stave churches built along the old trade routes in Norway.Hopperstad stave church, built 1130, is among the oldest of all the 28 remaining stave churches in Norway. Technology from the building of Viking ships was used in the advanced 100% wooden constructions. All vital parts are original, close to 900 years old.
